| Migrating from Hastymail to Roundcube |

If you are currently a Hastymail user you should be aware that starting 1/4/2012 Hastymail will no longer be available on the COE servers. Roundcube is now the default webmail application. If you are interested in migrating your address book from Hastymail to Roundcube please follow the steps below: 1. Login to Hastymail 2. Click Contacts in top right 3. Click "Export all" This Exports a vcf file wich you should save somewhere on your local computer 4. Login to Roundcube 5. Click "Address Book" top right 6. Click icon with image of Green arrow pointing up (when you hover cursor over it it says "Import contacts"). This takes you to the Import contacts screen 7. Click "Import from file:" Click the "Browse" button and choose the file you previously exported from Hastymail. Be aware that if you choose the checkbox "Replace the entire address book" it will do just that and any entries that were not in the import file will be wiped out, so use with caution. A note on groups that you may have created in your Hastymail address book; these will have to be recreated in Roundcube. Also, please make sure that recreate any settings that you had defined in Hastymail in Roundcube so that your webmail experience is consistent with your expectations. In particular, you may want review the settings for your signature, default bcc, and sent folder.
