Associate Director of the Institute for Energy EfficiencyUC Santa Barbara’s College of Engineering is seeking an Associate Director of the UC Santa Barbara Institute for Energy Efficiency. Working closely with the Director, the Associate Director will define, develop, and execute a phased strategic plan for the Institute’s launch, growth, and visibility. Responsibilities include managing business development activities and opportunities that lead to expansion and growth of the Institute’s mission; identifying new prospects, market opportunities and other strategic partnerships with governmental agencies, donors and others; and analyzing the competitive landscape and distinctive selling points to strategically place the institute. Salary will be dependent upon qualifications and level of experience, with a range of $105,540 - $131,124. Minimum requirements:
